Pagano & Company provides complete accounting, tax, and advisory services to private closely held companies. Some have high-quality financial accounting departments, while others may not be large enough to employ a chief financial officer who is experienced in all areas such as federal and state taxation, treasury, human resources, outside financing, internal controls, etc. We act as an outside advisor to assist the accounting department with these issues.
